In research, a group was asked to have 60 gm per day of a combination of hazelnuts, almonds, and walnuts to their regular diets. Participants in the second group simply followed their regular diet. In order to make a comparison, sperm and blood samples were collected from all participants- both at the beginning and at the end of this clinical trial. At the end of the trial period, the scientists noticed that the participants who followed the nut-enriched diet had significantly improved sperm quality.
